Zusammenfassung:To more adaptively control the image quality of a photographed image of a camera by efficiently performing bit rate automatic setting for each camera.SOLUTION: A camera control system comprises: N (N is an integer equal to or greater than 2) set with a prescribed initial bit rate; and a terminal device which can communicate with the N cameras. The system decides the priority of the camera for each camera on the basis of a parameter of each of the N cameras, executes rearrangement of each of the N cameras in the descending order of the priority, decides a coefficient for calculating the set bit rate of the [i+1]-th camera on the basis of the priority of the [i(i is an integer satisfying 0≤i≤N/2)+1]-th camera and the priority of the [N-i]-th camera, calculates an increment of the set bit rate of the [i+1]-th camera and the bit rate of the [i+1]-th camera, and subtracts the increment from the initial bit rate of the [N-i]-th camera to calculate and set the set bit rate of the [N-i]-th camera.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】カメラごとのビットレート自動設定を効率的に行い、カメラの撮像画像の画質をより適応的に制御する。【解決手段】カメラ制御システムは、所定の初期ビットレートが設定されたN(N:2以上の整数)台のカメラと、N台のカメラと通信可能な端末装置と、を備え、N台のカメラのそれぞれのパラメータに基づいて、カメラの優先度をカメラごとに決定し、優先度が大きい順にN台のカメラのそれぞれの並び替えを実行し、[i(i:0≦i≦N/2を満たす整数)+1]番目のカメラの優先度と[N-i]番目のカメラの優先度とに基づいて、[i+1]番目のカメラの設定ビットレートを算出するための係数を決定し、[i+1]番目のカメラの設定ビットレートと、[i+1]番目のカメラのビットレートの増加分とを算出し、[N-i]番目のカメラの初期ビットレートから増加分を減算して、[N-i]番目のカメラの設定ビットレートを算出して、設定させる。【選択図】図1
