To provide an ice making machine that facilitates sanitary maintenance of the inside of the machine.SOLUTION: An ice making machine 100 comprises an ice making unit 10, a cooling device 40, a water channel 60, a water supply mechanism 20 that supplies water to the water channel, a drainage mechanism 30 that discharges water in the water channel 60, and a control unit 90 that executes an ice making operation.
