Zusammenfassung:To provide a heat treatment device capable of feeding hot wind to a treatment chamber in a well balance.SOLUTION: In a heat treatment device 1 comprising a treatment chamber 6, a heater 7 and an air fan 8, where air temperature-adjusted by the heater 7 is fed to the treatment chamber 6, a plurality of going-way side air ducts 25, 26 and 27 is provided, and a plurality of air introduction parts 20, 21 and 22 provided at positions in which distances from the air fan 8 are different from each other is present in the treatment chamber 6.
