A radial direction in which a conventional burring tool tilts is a direction of a tooth-thickness, while a radial direction in which the burring tool 20 tilts is the direction of a tooth-depth, which enables a tilting support point to be arranged closer to the tooth 91 to be burred than the conventional burring tool. This enables the burring tool 20 to be more compact than before, so that manufacturing costs including material costs and processing costs for the burring tool 20 can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来よりコンパクトで製造コストが低いバリ取ツールを提供する。【解決手段】本開示のバリ取ツール20は、第1~第3の刃部を歯車90の歯幅方向H2で移動可能にするために、歯91から歯丈方向H3に離れた位置で傾動可能に支持される構造になっている。従来のバリ取ツールの傾動半径方向が、歯厚方向であるのに対し、バリ取ツール20の傾動半径方向は、歯丈方向であるので傾動支点を従来のものよりバリ取りの対象となる歯91の近くに配置することができる。バリ取ツール20は従来よりコンパクトになり、バリ取ツール20の材料費・加工費を含んだ製造コストが抑えられる。【選択図】図2 |
