INDUCTANCE-CAPACITANCE TWO-PASSAGE OIL LIQUID DETECTOR USING HIGH-PERMEABILITY MATERIAL

To provide an inductance-capacitance two-passage oil liquid detector using a high-permeability material.SOLUTION: There is provided an inductance-capacitance two-passage oil liquid detector using a high-permeability material in which a first dovetail groove is opened in a first high-permeability alloy and a second dovetail groove is opened in a second high-permeability alloy. The accuracy of detection in a capacitance detection mode is increased by increasing the intensity of a magnetic field by using one pair of high-permeability alloys for a detection unit, designing the openings in flow passages of the high-permeability alloys as a dovetail groove structure to collect magnetic fields, and forming a high-intensity collected magnetic field not to increase the accuracy of detection but to use the high-permeability alloys as capacitance pole plates for detecting a capacitance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高透磁率材料によるインダクタンス・キャパシタンス二通路油液検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】第１高透磁率合金に第１アリ溝が開設され、第２高透磁率合金に第２アリ溝が開設されている高透磁率材料によるインダクタンス・キャパシタンス二通路油液検出装置を提供する。検知ユニットに１対の高透磁率合金を用いて磁場強度を増加し、磁場を集合させるように高透磁率合金の流路での開口をアリ溝構造として設計して、高強度集合磁場を形成して、検出精度を向上するだけでなく、高透磁率合金をキャパシタンス検出のキャパシタンス極板とすることによって、キャパシタンス検出モードの検出精度を向上する。【選択図】図１
