Zusammenfassung:	To provide a data generation device and a data generation method which can efficiently generate a learning data set.SOLUTION: A data generation device acquires a medical image, a type of a lesion in the medical image determined by a learned model and a confidence degree applied to the type of the lesion. The data generation device associates the medical image with the type of the lesion and stores them in the learning data set when determining that the confidence degree exceeds a threshold. The data generation device transmits data of the medical image to a first terminal device when determining that the confidence degree is equal to or less than the threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】学習データセットを効率良く生成可能な、データ生成装置及びデータ生成方法を提供する。【解決手段】データ生成装置は、医用画像と、学習済みモデルによって判定された医用画像の病変の種類と、病変の種類に付与された自信度とを取得する。データ生成装置は、自信度が閾値を超えると判定するとき、医用画像を、病変の種類に対応付けて、学習データセットに保存する。データ生成装置は、自信度が閾値以下であると判定するとき、医用画像のデータを、第１端末装置に送信する。【選択図】図１
