Zusammenfassung: | To make it possible to improve prediction accuracy of power demand in an arbitrary time zone.SOLUTION: A power demand prediction device for predicting power demand of a user in a first time zone comprises: a prediction value calculation unit that on the basis of consumption power consumed by the user before the first time zone, calculates a first prediction value for power demand in the first time zone and a second prediction value for power demand in a second time zone before the first time zone; an actual value acquisition unit that acquires an actual value of consumption power consumed in the second time zone by the user; and a prediction value correction unit that when the absolute value of a correction reference value obtained by subtracting the actual value from the second prediction value is larger than a predetermined allowable error threshold, subtracts a correction adoption value from the first prediction value.
