The lid portion 15 includes a lid body 24 provided with a first exhaust hole 28, a control valve 25 that opens and closes the first exhaust hole 28 according to the internal pressure of the battery case 11, and an upper lid 26 that forms an accommodation space S that accommodates the control valve 25 between itself and the lid body 24 and that is provided with a second exhaust hole 29.
