CRADLE ATTACHING/DETACHING DEVICE FOR SHIP AND ATTACHING/DETACHING METHOD OF ON-BOGIE CRADLE USING THE SAME

To provide a cradle attaching/detaching device for a ship allowing a docking operation to quickly proceed through handling collectively multiple on-bogie cradles, as well as, allowing the docking operation to be smoothly carried out even in a narrow working space and in a low space below a ship bottom by inverting and carrying the on-bogie cradles.SOLUTION: A cradle attaching/detaching device for a ship comprises: rails 9 for on-bogie cradles to be mounted with on-bogie cradles 2 thereon; a lifting apparatus 8 to move vertically the rails; an apparatus body 5 provided with wheels 4 at its bottom; a tilt fork 6 formed so as to protrude at the top of the apparatus body 5 and to be inserted under the on-bogie cradles 2; a rotating and overturning member 7 to rotate and overturn the on-bogie cradles 2 downward by about 90 degrees; a cradle base 10 attached movably between the tilt fork 6 and the rotating and overturning member 7, to mount the multiple on-bogie cradles 2; and an expansion device 14 to erect/overturn the rotating and overturning member 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】複数の台車上架台を一括して取り扱うことで、迅速に上架作業を進めると共に、台車上架台を転倒させて運搬することで、狭い作業空間、船底の下方の低い空間でも上架作業を円滑に行う。【解決手段】台車上架台２を載せる台車上架台用レール９と、これを上下動させる昇降装置８と、下部に車輪４が設けられた装置本体５と、装置本体５の上部において突出するように形成された、台車上架台２の下方に差し込むチルトフォーク６と、台車上架台２を約９０度下方へ回動転倒させる転倒回動部材７と、チルトフォーク６から転倒回動部材７の間を移動自在に取り付けられた、複数の台車上架台２を載せる架台受台１０と、この転倒回動部材７を起立と転倒させる伸縮装置１４とを備えた。【選択図】図１
