Zusammenfassung: | To provide a current sensor which is hard to receive influence of a disturbance magnetic field and capable of accurately detecting a current.SOLUTION: A current sensor includes a magnetic detection unit and a first soft magnetic body. A magnetic flux in a second direction generated by a current flowing in a conductor along a first direction is applied to the magnetic detection unit. The first soft magnetic body includes a first part, a second part arranged between the conductor and the first part, and a third part which magnetically couples the first part and the second part. The first soft magnetic body surrounds the magnetic detection unit with the first part, the second part, and the third part along a first plane orthogonal to the second direction while being apart from both of the conductor and the magnetic detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】外乱磁場の影響を受けにくく、高い精度で電流の検出を行うことのできる電流センサを提供する。【解決手段】電流センサは、磁気検出部と、第1軟磁性体とを有する。磁気検出部は、導体を第1方向に沿って流れる電流により発生する第2方向の磁束が付与される。第1軟磁性体は、第1部分と、導体と第1部分との間に配置される第2部分と、第1部分と第2部分とを磁気的に繋ぐ第3部分とを含む。第1軟磁性体は、導体および磁気検出部の双方と離間しつつ、第2方向と直交する第1平面に沿って磁気検出部を第1部分、第2部分および第3部分により取り囲んでいる。【選択図】図1 |
