COMPOSITION FOR HAIR BLEACHING/DECOLORING OR DYEING

To provide a composition for hair bleaching/decoloring or dyeing, which enables viscosity control according to hair treatment processes, especially mixing, application, leaving and washing.SOLUTION: The composition for hair bleaching/decoloring or dyeing of the present invention comprises: a first agent containing an alkali agent and having a viscosity of 5000 mPa s or more and 30000 mPa s or less at 25°C; and an oxidizing agent, as well as comprises a second agent having a viscosity of 100 mPa s or more and 8000 mPa s or less at 25°C. The composition in mixture at the time of use contains 2% by mass or less of (A) a cationic surfactant, (B) an anionic interface having a linear alkyl group having 14 or more carbon atoms, and (C) an ionic polymer.
