To provide a rolling bearing capable of securing lubricating performance even under severe usage circumstances, and both securing the lubricating performance and suppressing an increase in manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A rolling bearing 10 includes an inner ring 20 having a first raceway surface 21, an outer ring 30 having a second raceway surface 31, and a plurality of rollers 40 arranged between the first raceway surface 21 and the second raceway surface 31 and having rolling surfaces 41 rolling on the first raceway surface 21 and the second raceway surface 31. The rolling bearing is constructed to be used in a state of a rotating speed of 20 min-1 or lower and a load of 15% or more of a base static rating load applied thereon. In at least one of the first raceway surface 21, the second raceway surface 31, and the rolling surface 41, a plurality of recessed parts 60 are formed.
