Zusammenfassung: | To provide a rotation detector capable of detecting the amount of rotation of a rotating shaft of a motor by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A rotary encoder 100 has a magnetic encoder 120. The magnetic encoder 120 has: a magnetism detection element 90; a magnetism-shielding plate 70 that is mounted to a rotating shaft 32 rotatably and integrally and has magnetic flux passage parts 70a, 70b; and magnets 80a, 80b having an S pole and an N pole without changing relative positions relative to the magnetism detection element 90. A Wiegand wire 90a included in the magnetism detection element 90 is configured so as to provide a large Barkhausen effect when at least a predetermined magnetic field is applied. When viewed from an axial direction, the magnetism detection element 90, the magnetism-shielding plate 70, and the magnets 80a, 80b are disposed in this order mutually with a gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡便な構成でモータの回転軸の回転量を検出可能な回転検出器を提供する。【解決手段】ロータリーエンコーダ100は磁気式エンコーダ120を備えている。磁気式エンコーダ120は、磁気検出素子90と、回転軸32に回転一体に取付けられ、磁束通過部70a,70bを有する磁気遮蔽板70と、磁気検出素子90に対して相対位置が変化せず、それぞれS極とN極を有する磁石80a,80bと、を備えている。磁気検出素子90に含まれるウィーガントワイヤ90aは、所定以上の磁界が印加されると大バルクハウゼン効果を発現するように構成されている。軸方向から見て、磁気検出素子90と磁気遮蔽板70と磁石80a,80bとは互いに間隔をあけてこの順に配置されている。【選択図】図1 |
