Zusammenfassung: | To provide an actuator device manufacturing method by which an actuator device having stable quality can be obtained.SOLUTION: An actuator device manufacturing method comprises: a preparation step of preparing an actuator device that comprises a support section, a movable section, a connection section for connecting the movable section at the support section so that the movable section can oscillate around a prescribed axis, and a metallic component which is located so that a stress acts thereon when the movable section oscillates around the axis; an oscillation step of oscillating the movable section around the axis during only for a prescribed time; an acquisition step of acquiring a parameter concerning a viscous resistance in oscillation of the movable section around the axis; and a determination step of determining that the actuator device is accepted when a difference between the parameter acquired in the acquisition step and a reference value corresponding to a parameter at a start time point of the oscillation step is a specified value or more in a direction of decrease in the viscous resistance, and determining that the actuator device is rejected when the difference is smaller than the specified value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】安定的な品質を有するアクチュエータデバイスを得ることができるアクチュエータデバイスの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】アクチュエータデバイスの製造方法は、支持部と、可動部と、可動部が所定の軸線周りに揺動可能となるように可動部を支持部に連結する連結部と、可動部が軸線周りに揺動した際に応力が作用するように配置された金属部材と、を備えるアクチュエータデバイスを用意する用意工程と、可動部を所定時間だけ軸線周りに揺動させる揺動工程と、可動部の軸線周りの振動における粘性抵抗に関するパラメータを取得する取得工程と、取得工程で取得されたパラメータと揺動工程の開始時点のパラメータに対応する基準値との間の差が、粘性抵抗が低下する方向において所定値以上である場合、アクチュエータデバイスを合格と判定し、差が所定値よりも小さい場合、アクチュエータデバイスを不合格と判定する判定工程と、をこの順に含む。【選択図】図3 |
