To provide a building capable of suppressing dew condensation in a fiber-based heat insulating material provided in an attic regardless of whether it is winter or summer.SOLUTION: A building has: a roofing plate material for constructing a roof; a ceiling plate material for constructing a ceiling, provided below the roof plate material so as to form an attic under the roof plate material; a fiber-based heat insulating material placed in the attic; an attic moisture-proof layer covering the attic from both upper and lower sides and provided between the roof plate and the ceiling plate so as to surround the attic; and heat insulation means covering the attic from above and provided between the roof plate and the ceiling plate so as to surround the attic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】冬季、夏季を問わず小屋裏に設けられた繊維系断熱材における結露の発生を抑制することができる建築物を提供する。【解決手段】建築物は、屋根を構成するための屋根板材と、前記屋根板材の下に小屋裏が形成されるように前記屋根板材から下に離れて設けられ、天井を構成するための天井板材と、前記小屋裏に配置された繊維系断熱材と、前記小屋裏を上下両側から覆うとともに、前記小屋裏の周囲を囲むように前記屋根板材と前記天井板材との間に設けられた小屋裏防湿層と、前記小屋裏を上から覆うとともに、前記小屋裏の周囲を囲むように前記屋根板材と前記天井板材との間に設けられた断熱手段と、を有する。【選択図】図１
