Zusammenfassung:To provide pasta from which baked pasta having a superior texture can be prepared, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: Baked pasta uses dried macaroni having boiled relative density of 1.2 or less and 1.0 or more. A method of preparing the baked pasta includes: adding water to the dried macaroni housed in a heatable container and boiling the macaroni, an amount of the water being such that the water is not left when the macaroni is boiled to be edible, and then adding sauce before baking.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】食感に優れた焼きパスタを得ることができるパスタ及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】茹で比重が1.2以下1.0以上の乾燥マカロニを使用することを特徴とする焼きパスタである。また、加熱できる容器に収容した前記乾燥マカロニに可食状態まで茹でた時に水がなくなる量の水を加えて茹で、その後、ソースを添加して焼く、焼きパスタの製造方法である。【選択図】なし
