The heater sheet 51 is formed by laying heater wires 56, 57 that generate heat with the electric conduction at a rear surface of a resin-made sheet base material 55. The heater sheet 51 comprises: a heat generation body part 52 which is arranged on a front side with respect to the decoration body part 21; and an extension part 53 which extends from a peripheral part of the heat generation body part 52, is bent along an outer peripheral part of the decoration body part 21, and is arranged on a rear side with respect to a front surface of the decoration body part 21. The wiring lengths of the heater wires 56, 57 laid on a bent part 53b bent along the outer peripheral part of the extension part 53 are set to be the lengths with which the heater wires 56, 57 may be deformed following the extension/contraction of the sheet base material 55 at the bent part 53b due to the ambient temperature change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】周囲の温度が繰り返し変化した場合にヒータ線が断線するのを抑制する。【解決手段】車両用外装品としてのエンブレム15は、車両を装飾する装飾本体部21とヒータシート51とを備える。ヒータシート51は、通電により発熱するヒータ線56,57を樹脂製のシート基材55の裏面に配線することにより形成される。ヒータシート51は、装飾本体部21よりも表側に配置される発熱本体部52と、発熱本体部52の周縁部から延び、かつ装飾本体部21の外周部に沿って曲げられて同装飾本体部21の表面よりも裏側に配置される延出部53とを備える。延出部53のうち、上記外周部に沿って曲げられる曲げ部53bに配線されたヒータ線56,57の配線長さは、同ヒータ線56,57が、周囲の温度変化による曲げ部53bでのシート基材55の伸縮に追従して変形し得る長さに設定されている。【選択図】図5 |
