To correct warp of a substrate more efficiently and achieve high-quality printing by improving adhesion between the substrate and a mask.SOLUTION: A screen printer comprises: a pair of substrate carrying conveyors that carry a substrate to a predetermined position; a lower receiving member supporting the substrate at a predetermined position from below; a pair of substrate clamping members holding opposite side edges of the substrate; a mask sucking unit disposed between the pair of substrate carrying conveyors and that sucks the mask in a predetermined suction area along a direction intersecting the side edges by driving a negative pressure source; and a printing unit that prints a paste on the substrate through a pattern hole by bringing the substrate into contact with the mask having the pattern hole formed therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】基板の反りをより効果的に矯正でき、基板とマスクとの密着性を向上させて高品質な印刷を実現できる。【解決手段】スクリーン印刷装置は、所定位置に基板を搬送する一対の基板搬送コンベアと、所定位置の基板を下方から支持する下受け部材と、基板の対向する側辺を保持する一対の基板クランプ部材と、一対の基板搬送コンベアの間に配置され、負圧源の駆動により側辺と交差する方向に沿う所定の吸着領域でマスクを吸着するマスク吸着部と、パターン孔が形成されたマスクに基板を接触させて、パターン孔を介してペーストを基板に印刷する印刷部と、を備える。【選択図】図５
