Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for producing a granulated material having a strength of 3.0 kg/cm2 or more from fine powder dust at a high productivity so that the granulated material of a grain size of 4.75 mm or more occupies 95% or more.SOLUTION: In a granulation method of the present invention, a powdery raw material M of a grain size of 20 μm or less and water of more than 10 mass% and 12 mass% or less to the total amount are loaded into a kneader 2 and kneaded. The kneaded raw material M is loaded into a granulator 3 equipped with a granulation chamber 6 having a rotary floor part 4 to rotate at 50-150 rpm and a fixed side wall part 5. The raw material M is granulated by rotating the rotary floor part 4 in the granulation chamber 6 for 2 minutes or more to obtain a granulated material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】微粉のダストから、強度が3.0kg/cm2以上の造粒物を、粒径4.75mm以上の割合が95%以上となるように且つ良好な生産性で造粒する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の造粒方法は、粒径が20μm以下の粉状の原料Mと、総量に対して10mass%より大きく且つ12mass%以下となるように水とを混練機2に投入して混練を行い、混練後の原料Mを、毎分50~150回転で回転する回転床部4と固定された側壁部5とを有する造粒室6を備えた造粒機3に投入し、造粒室6内において回転床部4を2分間以上に亘って回転させつつ、原料Mの造粒を行うことで造粒物を得るものである。【選択図】図2
