To improve the efficiency of business execution in a contract management device that manages a plurality of contracts in combination with each other.SOLUTION: A storage unit and a control unit are provided, and the storage unit stores in advance a contract specification table which registers one or a plurality pieces of contract specification information in which the contract specification consisting of a contract for each business entity is associated with a contract specification number for identifying the contract specification. Acceptance means of the control unit accepts input of one or more original contracts, which are contracts to be combined on which the contract specifications are based, and selection of one or more contract specifications.
