Zusammenfassung:	To provide a battery holder and an assembled battery capable of collecting electrolyte leaking from a cylindrical battery.SOLUTION: A battery holder 2 for holding a cylindrical battery 2 includes a holding portion 31 having an inner peripheral surface 34 forming a battery insertion hole 33 extending in the first direction D1, and a locking portion 32 that is connected to an end surface 45 of the holding portion 31 in the first direction D1 and closes a part of the battery insertion hole 33.
