To provide an orthodontic appliance capable of being extremely easily attached even by a user with maxillary protraction, and capable of correcting maxillary protraction securely and early.SOLUTION: An orthodontic appliance 10 includes: a base part 11 sandwiched between the upper tooth row of an upper jaw and the lower tooth row of a lower jaw and formed in a U-shape in plane view; an outer peripheral wall 20 disposed at an outer peripheral edge side of the base part 11 and projecting in a vertical direction; and an inner peripheral wall 40 disposed at an inner peripheral edge side of the base part 11 and projecting in a vertical direction. The inner peripheral wall 40 includes: an inner peripheral upper wall 41 disposed above the base part 11; and an inner peripheral lower wall 42 disposed below the base part 11.
