Zusammenfassung:	To provide a method for preparing carbon dioxide-containing beverage in which the preparation can be done economically and in a small amount.SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide-containing beverage is obtained by dissolving carbon dioxide gas generated by mixing organic acid, carbonate and a portion of a beverage in a pressure-resistant container A filled with the beverage and sealed, and, in the carbon dioxide-containing beverage preparation method, as a method for generating carbon dioxide gas in container A, carbon dioxide is generated by inserting container B filled with a mixture of organic acid and carbonate into container A filled with a beverage and sealing it, followed by tilting container A and adding a portion of the beverage to container B.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】経済的に、且つ、少量で調製可能な炭酸ガス含有飲料の調製法及びそれにより得られる炭酸ガス含有飲料を提供する。【解決手段】炭酸ガス含有飲料は、飲料が充填密封された耐圧性の容器Ａ中で、有機酸類、炭酸塩類及び飲料の一部を混合することによって発生する炭酸ガスを飲料に溶解せしめることにより得られる。容器Ａ中で炭酸ガスを発生させる方法として、有機酸類と炭酸塩類の混合物を充填した容器Ｂを、飲料を充填した容器Ａに挿入して密封した後、容器Ａを傾斜させ、飲料の一部を容器Ｂに加えることにより、炭酸ガスを発生させる、該炭酸ガス含有飲料の調製法である。【選択図】なし
