Zusammenfassung: | To provide a fluid machine which can prevent pressure pulsation and torque pulsation from being excessive, and a drive method of the fluid machine.SOLUTION: A fluid machine comprises: a plurality of pistons for forming a plurality of working chambers which are changed in capacities in conjunction with the rotation of a shaft together with a plurality of cylinders; a valve drive unit for driving a plurality of low-pressure valves and a plurality of high-pressure valves; and a control part for controlling the drive of the low-pressure valves and the high-pressure valves so as to obtain target output torque or more by being arranged in a first range out of rotation cycles of the shaft by the suction and the discharge of working fluids in the working chambers, also arranged in a second range out of rotation cycles of the cylinders for performing pumping and the shaft, and by bringing the cylinder arranged at one of both end parts of either of the first range and the second range out of the cylinders which perform motoring into an inactive state that any of the pumping and motoring is not performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】圧力脈動やトルク脈動が過大になることを防止可能な流体機械および流体機械の駆動方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数のシリンダのそれぞれと共に、シャフトの回転に連動して容積変化する複数の作動室のそれぞれを形成する複数のピストンと、複数の低圧バルブおよび複数の高圧バルブのそれぞれを駆動するバルブ駆動ユニットと、作動室のそれぞれにおける作動流体が吸入・吐出することで、シャフトの回転周期のうちの第1範囲に配置され、ポンピングを行うシリンダ、および、シャフトの回転周期のうちの第2範囲に配置され、モータリングを行うシリンダの中から、第1範囲および第2範囲のいずれか一方の範囲の両端部の一方に配置されるシリンダをポンピングおよびモータリングのいずれも行わない非アクティブとすることで、目標の出力トルク以上が得られるように、低圧バルブおよび高圧バルブのそれぞれを駆動する制御を実行する制御部と、を備える。【選択図】図4 |
