Zusammenfassung:To provide a pouch that comprises a half-cut line and can be recycled.SOLUTION: A pouch comprises: a storage part which stores contents; a seal part which includes an inner edge defining the storage part, and has inner surfaces of a laminate joined together; and a half-cut line which includes a first intersection and a second intersection crossing the inner edge of the seal part, and crosses the storage part. The laminate comprises: a base material which includes a polyethylene film; a sealant layer which is located on the side of the inner surfaces with respect to the base material, and includes a polyethylene film; and a heat generation layer which is located between the base material and the sealant layer, and includes a heat generation body absorbing laser light to generate heat. The half-cut line includes a through hole penetrating the base material. The through hole has a first width at an end inside the base material.
