VEHICLE LOWER PART STRUCTURE

To provide a vehicle lower part structure that is able to improve the NV characteristics and steering stability of a vehicle by suppressing torsional vibration of a floor panel.SOLUTION: A vehicle lower part structure 100 according to the present invention includes: side sills 104, 106 extending in a vehicle lengthways direction along edges 112, 114 of a floor panel 102 forming a floor surface of a vehicle; rear side members 108, 110 extending from a rear end 116 of the vehicle toward a vehicle front and connected to rear end portions 118, 120 of the side sills; suspension fixing portions 122, 124 connected to the rear side members to fix swinging suspensions for rear wheels; and a coupling member 128 having X-coupled portions 150 extending obliquely rearward from the respective side sills, crossing each other, and coupled to the respective rear side members.
