Zusammenfassung:	To provide technique capable of suppressing scratches on a peripheral edge of a vacuum heat insulation material.SOLUTION: A heat insulation panel includes a first face material, a second face material, and a vacuum heat insulation material arranged between the first face material and the second face material. A space is formed between the first face material and the second face material over the entire peripheral edge of the one vacuum heat insulation material.
