Zusammenfassung:To provide a heat insulation interior member which can maintain the high heat insulation performance over a long period, is excellent in the productivity, handleability and reliability, is free from maintenance and is light-weight, and provide a manufacturing method of the heat insulation interior member and a vehicular ceiling material having the heat insulation interior member.SOLUTION: A heat insulation interior member 20 comprises: a first vacuum heat insulation material 27; a second vacuum heat insulation material; and a foamed body 23. The first vacuum heat insulation material 27 and the second vacuum heat insulation material are sealed in an outer bag in a decompressed manner such that a core material molded body molded with a core material including an inorganic powder body is surrounded by the outer bag.
