To cope with a larger sliding door by suppressing the enlargement of a device.SOLUTION: A vehicle door opening/closing device includes a guide rail 10C attached to a vehicle outer surface Pa of a quarter panel QP so as to extend longitudinally along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body B, an arm member 11C connected to a slide door RD provided on the vehicle body B, a belt guide 230 extending longitudinally along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body B and disposed above the guide rail 10C, a drive belt 130 reciprocating by power given from a motor module 20, and a belt bracket 234 provided on a part of the drive belt 130 and connected to the arm member 11C by screwing a connection screw CB.
