Zusammenfassung:To provide an air conditioner capable of easily connecting a functional component operating with a DC voltage to a power supply unit for supplying an AC voltage, and a method for replacing a functional component.SOLUTION: An air conditioner 1 comprises: a power supply circuit 10 that supplies an AC voltage, and an outlet 20 that supplies voltage to a drain pump 30 connected to the power supply circuit 10 and operated in conjunction with the air conditioner 1 with a DC voltage.
