Zusammenfassung: | To provide a half cut control device that has high cutting efficiency, and can be lengthened in usage time of a saw blade.SOLUTION: A half cut control device includes: a camera 20 for photographing a two-dimensional code 22 which is pasted on a moving feed slide 14 of a half cut device 12 and records information on a cut object, and a cut position of a saw blade being cut; a two-dimensional sensor 30 for measuring the blade shape of the saw blade 18 being cut; and a control unit 50. The control unit calculates a cumulative value of a cut volume by photographing and reading the two-dimensional code 22, and calculating a moving distance, a cut velocity, and a cut volume of the feed slide 14, calculates a damage rate of the saw blade 18 from a difference between the blade area of the saw blade 18 being cut and the blade original area of the saw blade 18, and replaces the saw blade when the cumulative value exceeds a threshold value of the maximum cut volume of the saw blade 18 and the damage rate of the saw blade 18 exceeds a threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】切断効率が高く、かつ鋸刃の使用時間を長くできる半割切断制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】半割切断装置12の移動中の送り台14に貼付されて切断対象物の情報を記録した二次元コード22と切断中の鋸刃の切断位置を撮影するカメラ20と、切断中の鋸刃18の刃の形状を計測する二次元センサ30と、二次元コード22を撮影し読み取って送り台14の移動距離と、切断速度と、切断体積を算出して、前記切断体積の累積値を算出し、切断中の鋸刃18の刃の面積と鋸刃18の刃の当初面積の差から鋸刃18の損傷率を算出し、累積値が前記鋸刃18の最大切断体積の閾値を超えて、かつ鋸刃18の損傷率が閾値を超えたときに鋸刃交換する制御部50と、を備えた。【選択図】図1 |
