Zusammenfassung: | To provide a one-shaft balancer of an internal combustion engine, properly generating a load to suppress vibration generated by a crank shaft of the internal combustion engine, further reducing generation of a load excluding the load for suppressing the vibration generated by the crank shaft, and constituted by one shaft.SOLUTION: A one-shaft balancer has: a cylindrical container 41 having an outer peripheral cylindrical surface 41M, an inner peripheral cylindrical surface 41N, a pair of bottom surfaces, and a container internal space 41K; and one rotating shaft member 42, wherein a liquid is sealed in the container internal space. The container internal space 41K is provided with: a planar acceleration load receiving surface 41A extending from an outer peripheral cylindrical inner wall 41MN to a radial inner side; and a planar deceleration load receiving surface 41B extending from an end portion at a radial inner side of the acceleration load receiving surface 41A to the outer peripheral cylindrical inner wall 41MN toward a side opposite to a rotating direction of the cylindrical container at a first prescribed angle, and is further provided with a liquid intrusion inhibition area 41X surrounded by the pair of bottom surfaces, the acceleration load receiving surface and the deceleration load receiving surface to inhibit intrusion of the liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】内燃機関のクランクシャフトが発生する振動を抑制する荷重を適切に発生するとともに、クランクシャフトが発生する振動を抑制する荷重以外の荷重の発生をより低減し、かつ、1軸で構成された、内燃機関の1軸バランサを提供する。【解決手段】外周円筒面41Mと内周円筒面41Nと一対の底面と容器内部空間41Kとを有する円筒状容器41と、1本の回転軸部材42とを有し、容器内部空間には液体が封入されている。容器内部空間41Kには、外周円筒内壁41MNから径方向内側に延ばされた平面状の加速時荷重受面41Aと、加速時荷重受面41Aの径方向内側の端部から第1所定角度にて円筒状容器の回転方向とは反対側に向かって外周円筒内壁41MNまで延ばされた平面状の減速時荷重受面41Bと、が設けられ、一対の底面と加速時荷重受面と減速時荷重受面とで囲まれて液体の浸入が禁止された液体浸入禁止領域41Xが設けられている。【選択図】図1 |
