Zusammenfassung: | To provide a rolling bearing capable of effectively preventing electrolytic corrosion by filling inside a grease in which an electroconductivity-imparting additive comprising a tertiary amine and a fatty acid that completely dissolve into a grease base oil is used for keeping a stable electroconductivity.SOLUTION: A rolling bearing comprises: an inner ring 1 having an inner ring raceway surface 1a on an outer peripheral surface; an outer ring 3 having an outer ring raceway surface 3a on an inner peripheral surface; a plurality of balls 5 incorporated between the inner ring raceway surface 1a and the outer ring raceway surface 3a; a synthetic resin cage 7 for circumferentially retaining the plurality of balls 5; a grease filled in an inside space of the bearing; and a seal 9 for sealing the inside space of the bearing. The grease is an electroconductive grease containing an electroconductivity-imparting additive comprising a mixture with a molar ratio of 1:1 for a tertiary amine to a fatty acid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】導電性付与添加剤として、グリース基油に完全に溶解する三級アミンと脂肪酸とからなるものを用いることで、安定した導電性が維持され、このグリースを内部空間で充填することで、電食を効果的に防止できる転がり軸受を提供する。【解決手段】外周面に内輪軌道面1aを有する内輪1と、内周面に外輪軌道面3aを有する外輪3と、内輪軌道面1aと外輪軌道面3aとの間に組み込まれる複数個の玉5と、複数個の玉5を円周方向に保持する合成樹脂製保持器7と、軸受内部空間に充填されるグリースと、前記軸受内部空間を密封する密封シール9と、を含む転がり軸受において、前記グリースを、三級アミンと脂肪酸とのモル比が1:1の混合物からなる導電性付与添加剤を含有させた導電性グリースとした。【選択図】図1 |
