BUILDING STRUCTURE

To provide a building structure capable of uniforming vertical loads acting on piles, foundations, etc. supporting each column in lower stories, and to suppress unequal settlement of a building due to consolidation settlement of a foundation.SOLUTION: There is provided a building structure in which column spans 4x and 4y of an upper level portion 4 are wider than column spans 1x and 1y of a lower level portion 1, and in an intermediate level portion C between the upper level portion 4 and the lower level portion 1, a plurality of load distributing columns P are provided to distribute a vertical load from each of columns 41 of the upper level 4 portion having relatively wider column spans to multiple locations on a lower side separated in plan view.
