Zusammenfassung:To provide an article transport device capable of adjusting the delivery height of an article storage body between manufacturing equipment and an unmanned carrier using a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: The article transport device includes: a base part that has wheels for traveling on a floor of a factory; a docking part for docking the base part to the manufacturing equipment; a storage rack that is movable vertically with respect to the base part and has at least one holding table for holding an article storage body; a rack lifting device that lifts and lowers the storage rack; a position detector that detects the position in the height direction of the storage rack; a reference height detection unit that moves vertically together with the storage rack and detects a reference point marked on the manufacturing equipment; and a control unit that is configured to set the position that is obtained when the reference point is detected in a state that the base part is docked to the manufacturing equipment, and based on the reference height, control the rack lifting device to carry out a delivery work of the article storage body between the holding table and the manufacturing equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 47 【課題】単純な機構を用いて製造設備と無人搬送車との間における部品収納体の受け渡し高さが調整できる。【解決手段】物品搬送装置は、工場フロアを走行する車輪を有するベース部と、ベース部を製造設備にドッキングさせるドッキング部と、ベース部に対して昇降可能であり、物品収納体を保持する保持テーブルを少なくとも一つ有する収納ラックと、収納ラックを昇降させるラック昇降装置と、収納ラックの高さ方向の位置を検出する位置検出部と、収納ラックとともに昇降して製造設備に設けた基準点を検出する基準高さ検出部と、ベース部が製造設備にドッキングした状態で基準点を検出したときに得られた位置を基準高さに設定し、基準高さに基づいてラック昇降装置を作動させて保持テーブルと製造設備との間で物品収納体の受け渡し作業を実行する制御部と、を備える。【選択図】図47
