BI-DIRECTIONAL COMMUNICATION SUPPORT SYSTEM AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

To provide a bi-directional communication support system which allows a speaker to easily recognize the state of a listener.SOLUTION: A bi-directional communication support system SYS supports bi-directional communication between a first terminal device TM1 and a second terminal device TM2 that outputs an image and sound indicated by first state data D10 by receiving the first state data D10 that changes according to the state of a first user U1 existing on the side where the first terminal device TM1 is arranged from the first terminal device TM1. The bi-directional communication support system SYS comprises: a state specification unit 50 and an output control unit 203. The state specification unit 50 specifies the state of a second user U2 by analyzing the second state data D20 that changes according to the state of the second user U2 existing on the side where the second terminal device TM2 is arranged.
