Zusammenfassung: | To provide a refining apparatus capable of suppressing nitrogen absorption without significantly changing operation conditions that affects desulfurization performance or the like in LF refining.SOLUTION: A refining apparatus 1 for LF refining for heating molten steel 21 and slag 22 by electrodes 13 includes: a ladle 11 for holding the molten steel 21 and the slag 22; a lid 12 placed so as to cover the opening of the ladle 11; and a bottom blowing gas introduction member 14 provided at the bottom of the ladle 11 for bottom-blowing gas to the molten steel 21. The lid 12 has a purge gas inlet 12a for blowing gas to the slag 22. The purge gas inlet 12a is arranged between the bottom blowing gas introduction member 14 and a furnace wall 11a of the ladle 11 which is located on the back side of the bottom blowing gas introduction member 14 when viewed from the center of the ladle 11 in plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】LF精錬において、脱硫性能等に影響する操業条件を大きく変えることなく、吸窒を抑制できる精錬装置を提供する。【解決手段】精錬装置1は、電極13によって溶鋼21及びスラグ22を加熱するLF精錬用の精錬装置であって、溶鋼21及びスラグ22を収容する取鍋11と、取鍋11の開口を覆うように配置される蓋12と、取鍋11の底部に設けられ、溶鋼21にガスを底吹きするための底吹ガス導入部材14と、を備え、蓋12は、スラグ22にガスを吹き付けるためのパージガス導入口12aを有し、パージガス導入口12aは、平面視において、底吹ガス導入部材14と、取鍋11の中心から見て底吹ガス導入部材14よりも奥側にある取鍋11の炉壁11aとの間に配置される。【選択図】図1 |
