Zusammenfassung: | To provide a blow head of a knapsack power sprayer for easily spraying a chemical solution accumulated in an inner peripheral face on a downstream side of a nozzle in a blast pipe, and achieving preferable spraying.SOLUTION: A blow head of a knapsack power sprayer comprises: side wall ribs 20, 20 which are provided on an inner peripheral face of the blow head 10, protrude so as to extend in a shaft center direction of the blow head 10, and face each other in a circumferential direction; and extension ribs 21 which are provided on a downstream side between the side wall ribs 20, 20 on the inner peripheral face of the blow head 10, for coupling the side wall ribs 20, 20, and extend from the inner peripheral face of the blow head 10 to the shaft core of the blow head 10, thereby forming a plurality of blow head nozzles 18 along the circumferential direction. In the blow head nozzle 18, by the side wall ribs 20, 20 and the extension rib 21, a tapered channel 41 is formed. A negative pressure is generated in a manner of narrowing the channel 41, and a chemical solution accumulated in the inner peripheral face on the downstream side of the nozzle 11 in a blast pipe 2, is collected to the tapered channel 41 and then is guided toward the shaft core side of the blow head 10 by the channel 41, then the chemical solution is atomized by blowing from a fan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】送風管においてノズルより下流側の内周面に滞留する薬液を容易に霧化し、より好適な噴霧ができる背負式動力噴霧機の噴頭を提供する。【解決手段】噴頭10の内周面に設けられ、噴頭10の軸心方向に延在するように突出し周方向に対向する側壁リブ20,20、及び、噴頭10の内周面において側壁リブ20,20同士の下流側に設けられて側壁リブ20,20同士を連結すると共に、噴頭10の内周面から噴頭10の軸心へ向かって延出する延出リブ21により、噴頭ノズル18を周方向に沿って複数形成し、噴頭ノズル18において側壁リブ20,20同士及び延出リブ21により先細の流路41を形成し、当該流路41を絞るようにして負圧をさせ、送風管2においてノズル11より下流側の内周面に滞留する薬液を、先細の流路41に集めて当該流路41により噴頭10の軸心側へ向かって導き、ファンからの送風により霧化する。【選択図】図11 |
