To provide a technology for improving accuracy of object detection based on image information.SOLUTION: Imaging means 20 outputs image information representing an original image. Image division means 11b divides the original image represented by the image information into a plurality of subdivided images. Image processing means 11a detects an object included in each of the subdivided images on the basis of subdivided image information representing the subdivided images.
