To support practises in a cancer genome medical diagnosis, and achieve efficiency of a work time, reduction in costs and shortening the work time.SOLUTION: A cancer genome medical practise support method according to the present invention has the steps of: extracting gene variant data from a genome inspection result about a prescribed patient acquired from an inspection institute; and writing the extracted gene variant data in a patient database (patient corresponding table) managing data on a plurality of patients including the prescribed patient as data on the prescribed patient.
