Zusammenfassung: | To provide a bicycle non-stage transmission which not only smoothly performs non-stage transmission but also simplifies the structure, can be provided inexpensive and reduces noise, vibration and transmission loss, etc., while preventing driving of a pedal shaft from being stopped in the case of transmission, and in which constitutive parts are hardly worn.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a non-stage transmission for which a control device is not required. In the non-stage transmission, a magnetic force and a sub gear are attached to a pedal shaft, and inner and outer planetary gears attached to a planetary gear support in a freely removable manner are disposed around the sun gear. The planetary gear support is rotated unidirectionally only in the same direction as a rotation direction of the sun gear. Therefore, while both an input shaft and an output shaft are in a stopped state, each gear is in a low speed state where the gear is engaged constantly in accordance with a gear ratio, and in a direct connection standby state with the sun gear and the inner gear. Even under light load and high load, rotation of the input shaft is transmitted to the output shaft at all the time by one-way clutch connection and magnetic force of the planetary gear support. 【課題】無段階の変速を円滑に行うのみならず、構造が簡単であって安価に提供することができ、変速時にペダル軸の駆動を停止させることなく、騒音、振動、伝動ロス等が少なく、構成各部が摩耗し難い無段変速機を提供する。【解決手段】ペダル軸に磁力板と太陽歯車を取り付け、太陽歯車のまわりに遊星歯車支持体に回転自在に取付けられた内、外側遊星歯車を配しこの遊星歯車支持体を太陽歯車の回転方向と同一の方向にのみ一方回転とすることにより入力軸も出力軸も停止状態のときは、各歯車は歯車比による常時噛合いの低速状態で、尚克太陽歯車と内歯車と直結待機状態であり、遊星歯車支持体のワンウエイクラッチ接続と磁力により、軽負荷時も、高負荷時も入力軸の回転はいつも出力軸に伝えられてここ一番、力の必要な時にペダルの力を抜く必要がない制御装置不要の無段変速機。【選択図】 図2 |
