To provide visible sterilization fluid capable of solving problems for example, when infection of virus or bacteria spreads, such a problem in which, a person cannot determine whether removal and sterilization of virus were achieved correctly, occurs, and if a cleaning agent and an antiseptic are transparent, even cleaning and disinfection are performed, the effect of the cleaning and disinfection cannot be visually recognized and whether the cleaning and disinfection were achieved and executed correctly, cannot be determined, and in order to validate effects of cleaning fluid and an antiseptic solution, elapse of a proper and constant removal period is required, however, due to wiping of the cleaning fluid and antiseptic solution immediately after scattering thereof therefore sufficient removal time cannot be secured, and in the transparent fluid, whether the fluid has a sterilization effect cannot be easily confirmed, and in a region where water shortage has occurred, for cleaning and disinfection, a large amount of water cannot be secured.SOLUTION: The invention is configured to color a cleaning agent and an antiseptic so as to visually recognize an effect thereof, then, include to a basic substance, a pH indicator whose color becomes colorless when reacting from a basic property to an acidic side, therefore cleaning ability and disinfection ability can be visually confirmed, so that, a user can execute cleaning and disinfection to an object article by visual inspection, and by using extinction time of the color, removal time of virus and bacteria is secured, and by a minimum amount of a fluid agent, cleaning and disinfection execution stability can be enhanced according to the invention. 【課題】ウイルスや菌の感染が拡大すると、ウイルスの除去や除菌を正しくできていたのか、という問題に直面する。洗浄剤や消毒剤が透明であると、洗浄・消毒をしても見えづらく正しく実施できているかわからないということ。洗浄液・消毒液の効果を有効にするためには、適切な一定以上の除去時間を経過させる必要があるが、散布後にすぐ拭き取ってしまい除去時間が取れていないこと。透明な液体が除菌効果のあるものか安易に確認できないこと、水不足の地域では大量の水で洗浄・消毒ができないこと。【解決手段】洗浄剤や消毒剤に視認できるように着色し、塩基性から酸性側に反応すると無色になるＰＨ指示薬を、塩基性物質に含有させ、洗浄力・消毒力が視認でき、目視により対象物に洗浄・消毒を実施し、色の消失時間でウイルスや菌の除去時間をつくり、必要最小限の液剤で洗浄や消毒の実施安定性の向上を提供。
