Zusammenfassung:To provide chlorine bypass equipment that is made compatible by small-scale equipment modification and is operable efficiently even when existing equipment is used.SOLUTION: Chlorine bypass equipment 90 includes: a first bleed air outlet 11A and a second bleed air outlet 21A that bleed kiln exhaust gas from a kiln butt 52 of a cement kiln 50 or a rising duct 42 or from between them; and a first flow path 10 and a second flow path 20 in which the bleed gas extracted from the first bleed air outlet 11A and the second bleed air outlet 21A is blown at different temperatures, respectively. The first flow path 10 has a cooling unit 13 that cools the temperature of the bleed air gas to less than 770°C, and the second flow path 20 has a classification unit 22 that separates raw material dust contained in the bleed air gas from the bleed air gas in a state in which the temperature of the bleed air gas is maintained at 770°C or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】既設の設備を利用する場合であっても小規模な設備改造で対応可能であり、且つ、効率的に運転することが可能な塩素バイパス設備を提供すること。【解決手段】塩素バイパス設備90は、セメントキルン50の窯尻52、ライジングダクト42又はこれらの間からキルン排ガスを抽気する第1抽気口11A及び第2抽気口21Aと、第1抽気口11A及び第2抽気口21Aから抽気された抽気ガスを互いに異なる温度でそれぞれ流通させる第1流路10及び第2流路20を備える。第1流路10は、抽気ガスの温度を770℃未満に冷却する冷却部13を有し、第2流路20は、抽気ガスの温度を770℃以上に維持した状態で抽気ガスから抽気ガスに含まれる原料ダストを分離する分級部22を有する。【選択図】図1
