OIL-IN-WATER TYPE SUNSCREEN COSMETIC

To provide an oil-in-water type sunscreen cosmetic having no squeaky feeling during application, excellent sense of use such as skin compatibility and emulsion stability while having good ultraviolet protection performance.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil-in-water type sunscreen cosmetic which comprises (A) 0.5 mass% or more of a higher fatty acid salt, (B) 0.5 mass% or more of a surfactant other than the component (A), (C) an organic ultraviolet absorber and (D) an oily agent other than the component (C), where the component (B) preferably includes one or two or more selected from an alkylsulfate ester salt, a fatty acid monoglyceride, a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether type nonionic surfactant and a fatty acid polyethylene glycol type nonionic surfactant.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】良好な紫外線防御能を有しながらも、塗布時にきしみ感がなく、肌なじみなどの使用感に優れ、乳化安定性のある水中油型の日焼け止め化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】（Ａ）高級脂肪酸塩０．５質量％以上、（Ｂ）（Ａ）成分以外の界面活性剤０．５質量％以上、（Ｃ）有機紫外線吸収剤、（Ｄ）（Ｃ）成分以外の油剤、を含有することを特徴とする水中油型日やけ止め化粧料であって、好ましくは、（Ｂ）成分が、アルキル硫酸エステル塩、脂肪酸モノグリセリル、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル型ノニオン界面活性剤、脂肪酸ポリエチレングリコール型ノニオン界面活性剤から選ばれる１種又は２種以上を含む。【選択図】なし
