Zusammenfassung:To provide a fire-preventing chemical agent for woody material in which the pH of an aqueous solution of the chemical agent is in a range from weak acidity to neutrality; the material color change of the woody material when a fire preventing treatment is performed is minor; the hygroscopic property of the woody material after treatment is low; and the blowout or efflorescence of the chemical agent can be restrained, and also to provide a fire-preventing woody material using the above chemical agent and a production method for the woody material.SOLUTION: A fire-preventing chemical agent comprises phosphoric acid and/or inorganic salt thereof, urea and an aqueous solution in which the organic salt of phosphoric acid is dissolved. The organic salt of phosphoric acid is phosphoric urea, phosphoric guanylurea, a compound of phosphoric urea and phosphoric guanylurea, or a compound of those and the other organic salt of phosphoric acid, and that organic salt dissolves exceeding its single solubility. The inorganic salt of phosphoric acid is an ammonium salt. In the aqueous solution, the compounding ratio of phosphoric acid and/or the inorganic salt thereof to urea is in the range of 1:1 to 1:2 in molar ratio, and pH of the aqueous solution is in the range of 4 to 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】防火薬剤水溶液のpHが弱酸性から中性付近にあり、処理した際の防火木質材料の材色変化が軽微であり、処理後の防火木質材料の吸湿性が低く、防火薬剤の噴き出しや白華を抑制することのできる木質材料用防火薬剤、並びに、当該防火薬剤を用いた防火木質材料及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】リン酸及び/又はリン酸の無機塩、尿素、並びに、リン酸の有機塩を溶解した水溶液からなり、リン酸の有機塩は、単独の溶解度を超えて溶解している。リン酸の有機塩は、リン酸尿素、リン酸グアニル尿素、リン酸尿素とリン酸グアニル尿素の配合物、又は、これらと他のリン酸の有機塩との配合物である。リン酸の無機塩は、アンモニウム塩である。この水溶液において、リン酸及び/又はリン酸の無機塩と、尿素との配合比率は、モル比で1:1~1:2の範囲内にあり、水溶液のpHは、4~8の範囲内にある。【選択図】図4
