Zusammenfassung:To provide a rice cooker capable of cooking rice so that the cooked rice gives fresh appearance and texture like the rice cooked by a cooking stove.SOLUTION: A rice cooker 10 includes an inner pot 50, a heating part 24, and a control part 30, and can execute a rice cooking operation by one or a plurality of operation modes for cooking rice through a plurality of steps including a cooking step for cooking rice by heating rice and water prepared in the inner pot 50 at a predetermined mixing ratio by heating the inner pot 50 with the heating part 24, and a steaming step for steaming the rice cooked by the cooking step in a state that the inner pot 50 is heated with the heating part 24. When the rice cooker 10 executes rice cooking by a stove cooking mode included in the operation modes, the control part 30 shifts the step from the cooking step to the steaming step while moisture remains inside the inner pot 50 after the temperature of the inner pot 50 reaches a stove cooking temperature Tkt exceeding a boiling point of water under atmospheric pressure in the cooking step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】竈で炊いた米飯のように米穀を瑞々しい外観及び食感となるように炊飯可能な炊飯器の提供を目的とした。【解決手段】炊飯器10は、内釜50、加熱部24、及び制御部30を有し、加熱部24によって内釜50を加熱することにより、内釜50に所定の調合比で準備された米穀及び水を加熱して炊き上げる炊き上げ工程、及び炊き上げ工程により炊き上げた米飯を加熱部24によって内釜50を加熱した状態で蒸らす蒸らし工程とを含む複数の工程を経て炊飯する炊飯運転を一又は複数の運転モードで運転可能である。炊飯器10は、運転モードに含まれる竈炊飯モードによる炊飯を行う場合に、制御部30が、炊き上げ工程において内釜50の温度が大気圧下における水の沸点を越える竈炊上温度Tktに達してから内釜50の内部に水分が残存している間に、炊き上げ工程から蒸らし工程へと工程を移行させる。【選択図】図2
