Zusammenfassung: | To provide a pipe joint which can expand an alignable range with respect to a magnitude of an annular elastic member for bringing about an alignment action.SOLUTION: A female-type joint member 2 of a pipe joint comprises a cylindrical outside member 14 having an inner space 12, an alignment coil member 16 arranged in the internal space 12, and an inside member 18 arranged inside the alignment coil member 16 in the internal space 12. The alignment coil member 16 has a large-diameter winding part 48 engaged with an internal peripheral face 26 of the outside member 14, and a small-diameter winding part 46 engaged with an external peripheral face 52 of the inside member 18, and is elastically deformable so that the small-diameter part 46 is displaced in a radial direction with respect to the large-diameter winding part 48. The inside member 18 having an insertion passage 40 for connecting a corresponding male-type pipe joint member 3 is displaced in the radial direction with respect to the outside member 14 while elastically deforming the alignment coil member 16, and aligned to the male-type pipe joint member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】調心作用をもたらすための環状弾性部材の大きさに対して調心可能範囲を広くすることが可能となる管継手部材を提供する。【解決手段】当該管継手における雌型管継手部材2は、内部空間12を有する筒状の外側部材14と、内部空間12内に配置された調心コイル部材16と、内部空間12内において調心コイル部材16の内側に配置された内側部材18と、を備える。調心コイル部材16は、外側部材14の内周面26に係合する大径巻き部48と、内側部材18の外周面52に係合する小径巻き部46とを有し、小径巻き部46が大径巻き部48に対して径方向に変位するように弾性変形可能となっている。対応する雄型管継手部材3を連結するための挿入通路40を有する内側部材18は、調心コイル部材16を弾性変形させながら外側部材14に対して径方向に変位して、雄型管継手部材3に対して調心されるようになっている。【選択図】図1 |
