Zusammenfassung: | To provide a mobile hydrogen supply facility that has excellent safety and can reduce costs.SOLUTION: A mobile hydrogen supply facility comprises: a hydrogen release pipe 6 provided so as to branch from a hydrogen supply pipe 4; a gas operated safety valve 8 for closing the hydrogen release pipe 6; an operating gas supply pipe 10 for supplying operating gas G1 for operating the gas operated safety valve 8, to the gas operated safety valve 8; and one or more thermally operated safety valves 12 arranged around a pressure accumulator 2, and for closing the operating gas supply pipe 10. When a temperature around the pressure accumulator 2 is increased to a specific temperature, the thermally operated safety valves 12 open the operating gas supply pipe 10, the operating gas G1 is supplied to the gas operated safety valve 8 via the operating gas supply pipe 10, thereby the gas operated safety valve 8 opens the hydrogen release pipe 6, and hydrogen in the pressure accumulator 2 is released to the outside via the hydrogen release pipe 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】安全性に優れ、なお且つ、コストの低減が可能な移動式水素供給設備を提供する。【解決手段】水素供給配管4から分岐して設けられた水素放出配管6と、水素放出配管6を閉塞するガス作動式安全弁8と、ガス作動式安全弁8を作動させる作動ガスG1をガス作動式安全弁8に供給する作動ガス供給配管10と、蓄圧器2の周囲に1つ以上配置されて、作動ガス供給配管10を閉塞する熱作動式安全弁12とを備え、蓄圧器2の周囲が特定の温度まで上昇したときに、熱作動式安全弁12が作動ガス供給配管10を開放し、作動ガス供給配管10を介してガス作動式安全弁8に作動ガスG1が供給されることによって、ガス作動式安全弁8が水素放出配管6を開放し、蓄圧器2内の水素が水素放出配管6を介して外部へと放出される。【選択図】図1 |
