To provide an adhesive sheet which can satisfy high adhesion and heat resistance that are required qualities necessary for a splash prevention film even when the sheet is thin, is required for a housing glass film, and is also excellent in dent resistance.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition contains an acrylic copolymer (A), an epoxy resin (B) and a curing agent (C), in which the acrylic copolymer (A) is a copolymer of a monomer mixture containing monomers (a-1) to (a-3), contains 10-50 mass% of the monomer (a-1), 40-80 mass% of the monomer (a-2) and 5-10 mass% of the monomer (a-3) in 100 mass% of the monomer mixture, and the epoxy resin (B) is a bisphenol type epoxy resin having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 200-1,000.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】飛散防止フィルムに必要な要求品質である、高い接着性と、耐熱性とを、薄膜であっても満足することができ、かつ筐体ガラスフィルムに必要な、耐打痕性にも優れる粘着シートを作製できる粘着剤の提供。【解決手段】アクリル系共重合体（Ａ）、エポキシ樹脂（Ｂ）及び、硬化剤（Ｃ）を含み、アクリル系共重合体（Ａ）は、モノマー（ａ－１）～（ａ－３）を含むモノマー混合物の共重合体であり、前記モノマー混合物１００質量％中にモノマー（ａ－１）を１０～５０質量％、モノマー（ａ－２）を４０～８０質量％、モノマー（ａ－３）を５～１０質量％含有し、エポキシ樹脂（Ｂ）は、重量平均分子量（Ｍｗ）が２００～１０００のビスフェノール型エポキシ樹脂である、粘着剤組成物により解決される。【選択図】 なし
