Zusammenfassung:To provide a transmission unit which enables a second driving source to be installed efficiently at a first driving source to achieve hybridization, and to provide a power system.SOLUTION: A clutch unit 20 includes: a coupling element 23 which couples an output shaft 13 of an engine to an input shaft 16 of a hydraulic pump which is driven by a driving force of the engine, in a manner that power can be transmitted therebetween; and a motor generator 18 which generates a driving force separately from the engine.
